Create custom links

A custom link works like your public link but with additional options: you can customize its slug, pre-fill variables values manually to personalize your guideflow for a specific lead, and follow its analytics. You can create as many custom links as you need.

Share your custom link inside emails, social posts, messages, etc.

(e.g. fill in variables to personalize your guideflow for a lead working in a specific company with its company name, first name, etc. already pre-filled).

Create a new custom link

Share customized links with variables already set up.

• Click on the "Share" button located at the top right of your editor.

• Click on the "Custom links" button in the "Share Options" section.

• Click on the "New custom link" button.

• Edit your new custom link's name

• To personalize your link, you can:

  • Personalize the "Custom URL" field (the "slug").

  • Fill in variables such as the first name to personalize your guideflow for your leads and identify them.

  • Toggle on "Password protection" to make the guideflow accessible via password only.

  • Toggle on "Link expiration" to set your link's expiration date.

• Toggle on "Public access" located at the top right of your "Share Options" popup to make all your custom links public.

• Click on "Create new link".

• Toggle on/off each custom link to make them public or not.

• Click on "copy" to share your new custom link's URL.

If you already have custom links, use the search bar in the "Custom links" popup to find them.

Password Protection

• Toggle on "Password protection" to make the guideflow accessible via password only.

• Input a password for your guideflow's link

Edit, duplicate, and delete custom links

Manage your custom links to edit, duplicate or delete them.

• Click on the "Share" button located at the top right of your editor.

• Click on the "Custom links" button in the "Share Options" section.

• Click on the "..." button of the custom link you want to: edit, duplicate or delete.

  • Click on "Edit" to go back to the setting options.

  • Click on "Duplicate" to create a custom link with the same settings.

  • Click on 'Delete" to erase your custom link.

Tips: you can also access "Sharing options" from your dashboard. Select the guideflow you want to share, click on the "..." button, and click on "Share". You'll get the same "Share Options" pop-up.
