Add end popup

Add end popup on the last guideflow's step. The end popup can be a message with a call-to-action or a form with different input fields.

(e.g. you can add an end popup with a call-to-action to book a meeting)

  • Open the "Start/End popup" tab on the right panel.

  • Click on "End popup".

  • Toggle on "Enabled"

  • Edit your end popup title.

  • Add a description to your end popup to give your audience more context.

  • Click on "Add variables" to personalize your end popup content.

End popup with Buttons

Add end popup with Buttons only to display a message with one or two call-to-actions.

  • Select the end popup with button type.

  • Edit your button's name.

  • If needed add a secondary button and type its name and URL.

  • If you want to overwrite the Theme design for this specific end popup, toggle on "Custom appearance" and refer to the edit design article.

  • Click on "Edit End popup theme" to change the end popup overlay appearance for all of them.

Clicking on the "Start button" will trigger the start of your guideflow.

End popup with Form

Add end popup with Form to collect data from your audience.

  • Select the end popup with form type.

  • If you want to add more fields, click on "Add a new field" to add inputs like last name, email, etc.

  • For each field, you can edit the title and toggle on "Mandatory".

  • To change your fields' order in the form, drag & drop them.

  • If needed toggle on the "Terms checkbox".

    • Edit the title.

    • Copy and paste your terms and conditions URL page.

  • Edit the submit button title.

  • Optional: you can add a "Webhook URL" to automatically push the data collected in your end popup Form to a Google sheet, your CRM, or an emailing software for instance.

  • If you want to overwrite the Theme design for this specific end popup, toggle on "Custom appearance" and refer to the edit design article.

  • Click on "Edit End popup theme" to change the end popup overlay appearance for all of them.
