Link expiration

Link expiration ensures the security of shared guideflows by automatically disabling access after a designated period of time.

(e.g., guideflow is only available for a specific event)

• Go to your guideflow

• Click on the "Share" button in the upper right corner inside the editor

• In Share Options, make sure to toggle on "Public access"

• Go to "Security"

• Toggle on "Link expiration" to make the guideflow accessible only for a specific period

• Select the date and time

• Select the timezone

• After the expiration, visitors will see a page with a message indicating that the link has expired and is no longer accessible
