# Domain protection

Domain protection helps ensure your Guideflow is only accessible to users from specific organizations by validating their email domains before granting access.

(e.g., limit your product training to only a specific customer)

* Go to your guideflow
* Click on the "Share" button in the upper right corner inside the editor
* In Share Options, make sure to toggle on "Public access"
* Go to "Security"
* Toggle on "Domain protection" to limit access only to users with specified email domains
* Enter the domains you want to allow access to (e.g., airtable.com, partner.org)
* You can add multiple domains by separating them with commas
* You can enable "Domain Auth" to require users to verify their email address
* When enabled, users will receive a verification code to their email address that they must enter before viewing your guideflow
* This two-step verification ensures that only authenticated users with approved domain emails can access your guideflows
* Users with email addresses from non-approved domains will see a message indicating they don't have permission to view the guideflow

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.guideflow.com/help/sharing-guideflow/security-settings/domain-protection.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
